Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IRONFRAME app ("IRONFRAME", "the app"). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA", available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). If you do not agree, please do not use IRONFRAME.

1. Who we are

IRONFRAME is published by PositiveSquare ("we", "us"). You can reach us at .

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use IRONFRAME. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use IRONFRAME on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in line with the Standard EULA and the App Store Terms of Service. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Health & safety — please read

IRONFRAME provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance, diagnosis or treatment.

• Consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or injury, or have any concern about your health.
• Exercise carries inherent risks. You participate in any activity suggested by IRONFRAME entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits and using proper form.
• Stop immediately and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other symptom of distress.
• Nutrition and calorie figures are estimates for general guidance and should not be relied upon for medical or clinical purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from any exercise, technique or nutrition information it provides.

5. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

• Free trial. IRONFRAME includes a 30-day, app-managed free trial of full ("Pro") access. No payment card is required to start it.
• IRONFRAME Pro. After the trial, continued Pro access requires an auto-renewable subscription, offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
• Payment & renewal. Purchases are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Offer codes. Access may also be unlocked with an Apple offer code via the app's "Redeem code" option.
• Refunds. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly; please contact Apple for billing and refund requests.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices in future. Where required, Apple will notify you and, depending on the change, ask for your consent in accordance with App Store rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use IRONFRAME only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt or tamper with the app or attempt to circumvent its security or licensing.

7. Intellectual property

The app and its content — including its design, text, graphics, brand and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Typefaces bundled with the app are used under the SIL Open Font License. The data you log in IRONFRAME is yours; this licence gives us no claim over it (and, as set out in our Privacy Policy, it stays on your device).

8. Apple

You and we acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, for addressing any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims), or for third-party claims that the app infringes intellectual property rights; responsibility for such matters is as set out in these Terms and the Standard EULA. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRONFRAME is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any result or estimate it produces is accurate for your particular circumstances.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of IRONFRAME. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Termination

You may stop using IRONFRAME at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or end your licence to use the app if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4, 7, 9 and 10) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and flag any significant change within the app. Your continued use of IRONFRAME after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
